The version 2007 is distributed by Georgia Association of Realtors (GAR) and runs as a standalone on each agents computer. The software is similar to producing contracts in Acrobat. You fill in the spaces and when you close the software it automatically saves the contract in the database. There are several form (ex. Buy/Agent, Seller/Agent, Offer, Counter-Offer, Exclusive right to sell, etc.). Also you can open a blank Exclusive right to sell and then you can open the database and add amendments, disclosures, exhibits, etc.
